Certified Copy+ Reseller

Certified Resellers are authorized to resell IPRO software to other organizations for a profit. In order to maintain a high level of service across our Channel Program and to put our partners in the best possible position for success, IPRO has developed a Reseller Certification Program for all qualifying members.

1.  Observe a product demonstration – Even if you are familiar with Copy+, it is highly beneficial to watch an IPRO Sales Engineer demonstrate the features and benefits of the application.

2.  Attend a one-hour training session – An IPRO Trainer, typically via a WebEx meeting, will help answer any questions about the application and give advice on the best way to position it for sale.

3.  Understand the Channel Program – Spend approximately 30 minutes discussing the resources and benefits that come with being a Channel Partner with the IPRO Channel Manager.
4.  Take the Exam – The written exam contains 15-20 short-answer questions that address the primary features and benefits of the product.  Certification requires a score of 80% correct.

There is no charge to become a member of the Reseller Program

General Information

•  Certification applies to the individual, not the organization for which they work and is non-transferrable.

•  Annual re-certification: Customers preparing for re-certification can schedule a complimentary 30-minute “refresher” discussion.  The re-certification requires a short, written exam.

Allegro Certified Resellers are authorized to resell IPRO Allegro to other organizations at a margin. In order to maintain a high level of service across our Channel Program and to put our partners in the best possible position for success, IPRO has developed a Reseller Certification Program for all qualifying members.
