Volume Update & Report Utility- Version 8.0
IPRO has developed the Volume Update utility to help you manage the locations of volumes for one or all projects in an IPRO system.
You can use this new utility to:
- Globally update the direct access volume path for one or all projects. A built-in find and replace function lets you change the volume names. Use this function when you move some, many, or all of your images to a different server.
- Create a report showing all of the volumes in your IPRO system and the image files they contain.
ProduceOCR- Version 8.5
A new utility program is available for version 8.5 of the IPRO Tech suite. This product will move OCR text files based upon an LFP file, OCR log file, and optionally a Buildnew cross reference file (XFS). This will allow OCR to be run on an original IPRO product to be produced for a buildnew, renumbered production. The utility has an option to remove the original image key from the individual OCR text files.The program will move OCR text files, either document or page based, into the same directory as the image files. The migrated OCR files may be named to match the image key or the current image file name.
Move Tiffs- Version 8.5
The Move Tiffs Utility is designed to move image files to a new directory structure based upon a comma/quote delimited file or the FIELDED.TXT file and an LFP. This will allow the creation of an image directory structure based on coded data information.NOTE: The comma/quote delimited text file or FIELDED.TXT file must have BEGDOC, ENDDOC, BEGATTACH, ENDATTACH as the first four fields. The subsequent fields would be the coding fields that supply the folder structure into which the TIFFs are placed.
iDisableOplocks
Unzip this file and open the readme.txt file for information on disabling opportunistic locking. This download file applies to users with Windows 2000, XP, and Windows NT. A link is included in the readme.txt file that opens a knowledge base article describing opportunistic locking on the Microsoft website.
iConvert 8.7.1
Convert image load files to and from most popular litigation support file formats. For example, Summation DII files can be converted to IPRO LFP files and vice versa. Convert to/from these other formats:

Verify image files in a directory, and its subdirectories, to ensure they can be decompressed while also reporting on their sizes. Supported types include: .BMP, .GIF, .JPEG, .JPG, .PCX, .PNG, and many types of .TIF and .TIFF files (including those with numbered extensions such as .001, .002). Convert an IPRO LFP to a custom data format such as a pipe/tilde delimited file.
IKONConv
This program will convert an IKON cross-reference file to an IPRO LFP file, which will then allow you to use IPRO’s iConvert program for conversion to your required cross-reference load file.
iConvert +
IConvert+ converts cross-reference files to one or more of the popular litigation support file formats. For example, Summation DII files can be converted to Opticon cross-reference files and vice versa. Plus, IConvert+ is up to 600% faster than our previous converter.

IPRO’s IConvert+ includes Electronic File Reporting. This tool reads all the electronic files in any path, and reports a detailed breakdown of file types, tallies of each file type, and the total number of bytes and megabytes those files contain.
A built-in image verification function enables you to check all of the image files in a directory and subdirectories to ensure that they can be decompressed. The verification function supports .TIF, .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, and .PDF files.
Note: This product requires installation of Microsoft Dot Net Framework 2.0.
Also note, this program should only be installed on a local drive. Do not install this program on a network or shared drive.
