New Program to Focus on Providing Education and Support to Ipro Service Provider and Reseller Community

Phoenix, AZ (November 19, 2013) – Ipro Tech, Inc., a worldwide leader in the design of e-Discovery software, today announced the launch of their revamped Partnership Program. This new program will put a renewed focus on educating the sizeable Ipro Service Provider network on Ipro tools, workflow, and best practices, as well as providing additional support and resources to Ipro’s growing Reseller and Trainer and Consultant communities.

The Ipro Partnership Program, formerly the Ipro Channel Program, consists of a vast network of litigation service providers who have committed to the delivery of exceptional litigation support services, from early case assessment to hosted review to ESI processing and production, using Ipro solutions. The Ipro Partnership Program consists of four distinct Service Partner levels, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, each of which require an increased level of staff knowledge and commitment to the Ipro Enterprise workflow.

Benefits of the program include recognition by Ipro to end-users as a recommended vendor, increased marketing and sales support, discounted training, placement on the Ipro website, and the ability to evaluate pre-release software and participate in the development process. Resellers also benefit from competitive margins and free sales training on Ipro tools.

“We are thrilled to unveil this new program to our vast network of over 400 knowledgeable and talented service providers,” said Kim Taylor, President and COO of Ipro. “It has been an internal priority of Ipro’s, code name ‘Project Love,’ to prove our commitment to our service providers by giving them the education, resources, and support they deserve. Our goal for this program was to not only accomplish this, but also provide our law firm and corporate clients with a qualified list of skilled providers who can complete their litigation projects to the highest standards of quality. We believe this new program does this and more.”

The program is currently rolling out to Ipro’s entire network of service providers. Ipro Alliance Partner Managers are actively working with these organizations to obtain the necessary certifications required to achieve Platinum, Gold, or Silver status in the new program.

“We are excited to be one of the first Ipro service partners to join their newly formed Partnership Program and are actively working towards Platinum Level status,” said Jennifer Johnson, Vice President at Commonwealth Legal. “The decision to take this direction was largely influenced by the service culture at Ipro, and their Partnership Program is a direct reflection of that culture.
