Business Development Manager - Healthcare


Day In the Life

Ipro is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Executive to grow our presence in the Healthcare market. Join a fast-growing Pioneer and one of the leaders in an exciting eDiscovery & Information Governance market. The business outlook is strong for eDiscovery. The need to adhere to regulatory policies and laws worldwide and an increase in the usage and penetration of mobile devices are other factors expected to drive the growth of the eDiscovery market. The rise in demand for predictive coding and an increase in the usage of social media are expected to offer great opportunities for eDiscovery vendors.

The successful candidate has:

  • Minimum 5+ years selling software, on-prem or SaaS
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, commerce, IT, software engineering or a related degree.
  • Experience successfully closing complex software deals
  • Ideally but not required, well established relationships within Legal and/or Information Technology teams within the Healthcare market
  • Strategic selling experience and the ability to sell value-added solutions
  • An ability to understand, provide strategy and input into assigned territory
  • Willing contributor of ideas with an appreciation for a collaborative culture
  • Awareness of and ideally experience selling into the eDiscovery and/or Information Governance field
  • Demonstrated expertise creating new pipeline in territory through relationships, conferences, memberships and especially their own prospecting techniques
  • Desire to learn our products and be a “student of the game” on eDiscovery and Information Governance

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • A successful history selling into the “C-Suite” with 6+ month sales cycles
  • Entrepreneurial skills; is driven and passionate
  • A growth mindset with strong business acumen
  • Experience closing business in a multiple key stakeholder environment
  • Experience with using Salesforce or a comparable CRM
  • Executive presence on the phone and during face-to-face meetings
  • Exceptional sales discovery skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Willingness to travel

To do this, you will get to know the competitive landscape inside & out by understanding how each company and product compares to ours. Additionally, you will be working in close partnership with sales leadership, sales operations and solution consultants as you “quarterback” the sales process to successful outcomes.
