Why We Need You – The Mission
As an entrepreneurial, goal-oriented Business Development Representative for our Tempe, Arizona HQ office or US remote work opportunity, you will help promote and position our comprehensive Information Governance and eDiscovery solutions. You will generate, develop, and manage initial business relationships through our marketing programs, inbound leads, and outbound prospecting calls. We provide market leading technology tools to streamline your efforts and empower you to manage your portfolios of leads and accounts. What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives

Objective #1:
- Demonstrate the following skillset and expertise:
• Previous Business Development Rep experience - 3 years of sales experience (software and/or professional services is a plus)
• An outcomes and metrics driven mindset
• Working knowledge of SalesLoft and

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is required

Objective #2:
Achieve desired outcomes:
• Manage your funnel of leads, prospects and follow-ups on a daily basis
• Secure 20 scheduled appointments per month for Ipro Tech sales rep engagement
• Achieve >100% on activity metrics to drive qualification outcomes

Objective #3:
Partner with sales and marketing:
• Share market and prospect insights and learnings from 1:1 calls and connections to help the team better understand the competitive landscape, hot button business problems and voice of the prospect – identifying and reinforcing their priorities
• Hand off relationships directly with the field sales reps
• Participate in messaging strategy and sales discovery meetings to deepen knowledge

As such, you will have examples of times when you took a poorly- formed idea, sharpened it, and owned its execution from start-to-finish.
