Day In the Life

From navigating databases to completing administrative projects, you are our go-to person to ensure smooth functioning of our sales department. With a variety of tasks, you will pivot to meet the demands of our clients and sales team.

Your primary functions include order entry, license management, and sales support. You provide customer service to existing client base and are the first point of contact for prospects to gather information and direct to the appropriate sales rep for assistance. You draft quotes and contracts within company guidelines, as well as fulfill orders, and work across many departments to meet client needs. You perform database cleanup & management; draft summaries & reports of client history; calculate credits & discounts for accurate order processing.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Customer service background
  • Data entry experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
