We’re gearing up for summertime here at Ipro and we’re focusing on customer education. While we can’t meet in person to train you and your team, the Ipro training team announced recently that we’ve converted our Ipro Administrator courses to a multi-part, virtual series. The lecture-based format of these courses, combined with the self-guided learning are a perfect fit for busy professionals who want to learn the product and gain practical experience using the workbook and homework at their leisure. An open session is a pre-scheduled course that any Ipro customer can sign up for. Open sessions are a less expensive option because they are general admission sessions. Open sessions are a per-person fee of
- $1000/person for Ipro for enterprise
- $800/person for Ipro for desktop
- $800/person for TrialDirector 360
Note: Eclipse SE and TrialDirector 6.8 are not available as open sessions.
A private/on-demand session is session that is scheduled to meet the needs of you and your business. On-demand administrator training is bundle-priced at $4000. The bundle package for the private/on-demand training includes some additional perks:
- Up to 5 attendees
- Cost of Administrator Certification Test covered for 3 attendees (a $1500 value)
- An additional 2-hour Q&A session to allow for homework review and follow up on concepts
This training will be in a lecture format. Follow along at your discretion with the understanding that the trainer will be unable to troubleshoot any issues you run into in your instance of the application.
Product Certification exams are geared towards expert-level individuals who are responsible for the overall administration and workflow design in the product they are looking to certify in with both administrative and end-user functionalities.
You must meet the prerequisites to take the test, which include:
- Completion of the Ipro Administrator Virtual or in-person training course.
- 6 months of working experience in the product. (Hands-on practical experience in the product is critical to passing the certification exam.)
The administrator certification test costs $500/person (due when scheduling your exam). This fee is a separate fee from the cost of the Administrator training course.
- Books and notes are NOT permitted during examination.
- Test takers must achieve a score of 80% or higher on both the written and practical exam sections.
Product Certifications expire one year from the date of certification.
Ipro Certified Admins will be required to take a 1- hour Written Renewal examination within 30 days prior to the expiration of their certification.
Ipro Certified Admins will receive notification at the 90, 60, and 30-day mark prior to expiration.
Renewal examinations include a combination of original exam questions and new release questions for a total of 30.
