The 2013.1 release features the addition of customizable shortcut keys, allowing reviewers to quickly code documents without ever taking their hands off the keyboard, offering significant speed improvements. Additionally, administrators are now able to quickly sort database fields and move columns within case management, customizing their review workflow even further. Reporting and searching enhancements, such as reviewer detail report and image-hit navigation, were added and the product’s integrated transcript management functionality now includes printing and external document linking.

Ipro Announces New Releases of Three Flagship Products

New Releases of Allegro, Eclipse, and eCapture Feature Significant Speed and Workflow Improvements

Early case assessment product Allegro, web-based review tool Eclipse, and high-speed processing tool eCapture all received significant performance and feature upgrades, allowing users to achieve an even better end-to-end e-discovery workflow.

Major enhancements to early case assessment tool Allegro include the popularly requested option to extract embedded objects on ingestion and treat them as documents, allowing for more accurate review counts and improved export capabilities. Enhanced password detection and the ability to export a single PDF containing an entire family are just a couple of the additional workflow enhancements found in this new eCapture release.

Most recently, Bryan worked at Ernst & Young where he helped create their Mobile Data Center and develop a TAR offering. Bryan holds a Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware’s business school. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Member of Association of the Certified Fraud Examiners.

With over 20 years’ program management and customer service experience in both the public and private sectors Natalie Bauer will be responsible for improving the company’s client touch points and improving processes to enhance the Ipro client experience. Prior to joining Ipro Tech, Natalie held Program Manager and Asst. Director of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment positions at the W. P. Carey School of Business Executive MBA. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Purchasing, Logistics and Materials Management from Arizona State University and a Masters in Sociology in Ethnic Relations from the University of Bristol, England.

It will also include a new download progress meter and application icons for native files so users can easily recognize document types.A technology upgrade of the Content Analyst platform, which powers Eclipse’s analytical capabilities such as email threading and conceptual clustering, was also added.

High-speed processing and production engine eCapture will most notably feature 8 threads per worker machine, allowing users to double the amount of tasks a worker machine can complete, vastly improving productivity and speed. Improved Lotus Notes handling was also incorporated into this release.

New Releases Include High-Speed Production and Index-Building for Eclipse and Forensic File Handling for Allegro

Phoenix, AZ (May 30, 2013):  Ipro Tech, Inc., a worldwide provider of electronic discovery and document review technologies, today announced the release of 2013 versions of Allegro, eCapture, and Eclipse.  Allegro, eCapture, and Eclipse are all components of the Ipro Enterprise digital discovery suite, an integrated software solution containing tools for early case assessment, web-based review, eDiscovery processing, and high-speed production.

The 2013 release of review platform Eclipse will include changes to the SQL database schema to improve performance and increase case size capacity, as well as distributed processing for increased speed when building indexes.  The application will also now use distributed “Enterprise Workers”, based on eCapture worker technology, to perform high-speed, scalable production directly from Eclipse.  Eclipse users will receive an unlimited license to utilize these “Enterprise Workers” within their productions to ensure all production deadlines are met to the highest standards. Ipro’s proprietary “Production Shield” technology that helps to prevent the production of privileged documents has also been added to this release.  A new release for Eclipse’s in-house counterpart, Eclipse SE, is slated for early June and will contain custom coding fields, coding rules, and an updated, streamlined UI.

Allegro 2013, the early case assessment component of the Enterprise solution, will feature forensic file image handling for increased ingestion capabilities as well as significant speed and performance improvements.  eCapture 2013 will also feature speed improvements in processing, date extract, QC, and export as well as PDF package handling and simplified job creation workflow.  Allegro and Eclipse will also have a consistent Windows 8 look and feel to reduce the learning curve for the fully integrated applications.

Portions of Content Analyst’s advanced analytics engine, CAAT®, have long been integrated into Ipro’s web-based review platform, Eclipse.  Under the terms of the expanded agreement, future releases of Eclipse will take full advantage of all of CAAT’s advanced analytics capabilities, creating a unique workflow to help lower the cost and reduce the time spent on litigation reviews.  Ipro also plans to integrate CAAT into Ipro’s early data assessment tool, Allegro.

In Mr. Schubert’s role he will be responsible for managing the development and design of Ipro products to optimize the Ipro user experience.  Having spent over 10 years in the litigation support industry, Michael has held senior leadership positions at both litigation service providers and software companies, including Vice President of Production and Operations at Encore Litigation Solutions. He graduated from Marquette University with a B.S. in Business Administration and Information Technology.

As VP of Information Technology, Jamie Neilon will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of Ipro’s organizational information systems, IT support and infrastructure systems, including the delivery of web-based, enterprise level software applications to organizations around the world via the Ipro Cloud. Prior to joining Ipro Tech, Jamie held the title of Director of IT for Epiq systems, where he led a global team across five primary locations and two countries that supported over 1100 associates.  Jamie has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Web Development from University of Phoenix and is expecting his MBA from Arizona State University in June of 2013.
