All three products received significant improvements in speed and feature upgrades. These updates universally enable users to achieve a superior end-to-end eDiscovery workflow. In addition, Ipro Nucleus, a centralized user authentication and Enterprise component registration application, is introduced. Ipro Nucleus will dramatically improve the user’s overall experience with the Enterprise applications across-the-board.

The Allegro release brings significant improvements in the speed, stability, and reliability of document processing. Continuing the theme of tighter Enterprise integration and compatibility, this Allegro release implements an improved method of direct-export to eCapture and now hashes Outlook files equal to eCapture, resulting in greater consistency and greater flexibility in document analysis, resulting in maximum distributed throughput. Features added to Eclipse give users the ability to export images, text, and/or native files and set a priority for the image source. They can also define a custom placeholder for missing images in a production and export job. Additional reports are now available, including the Review Audit Report, which helps identify tagging inconsistencies, and a Gap Report, which helps identify missing document pages. Users can now perform multi-entry field searching and add relational fields to search results, making searching easier and more comprehensive. For eCapture, this release provides significant enhancements and improvements to Outlook PST, OST, and archive handling using new and existing toolkits. As with Allegro, this will be the first eCapture release that integrates with Ipro Nucleus by providing a new component registration service. eCapture expanded and improved its API offering by migrating it into the Ipro Enterprise Service and adding bulk loading features. A new project-level setting allows users to set a maximum duration for tasks to ensure tasks and jobs complete in a timely manner. Ipro Tech Adds New Sales Roles

Phoenix, AZ (September 10, 2014) – Ipro Tech, LLC, a worldwide leader in the design of eDiscovery software, today announces they are adding three new Sales roles to accommodate the increased demand for market-leading solutions and services.

The Arizona-based company has recently added the following positions: Director of Corporate Sales, Director of Business Development, and Director of Inside Sales and Lead Generation.  Due to the tremendous amount of growth Ipro has experienced over the past two years, the Sales Department has increased its management resources in an effort to build a more scalable model.  Ipro continues to focus on streamlining workflow and enhancing the user experience for its Enterprise Solutions, including Allegro, Eclipse, and eCapture.  The new sales positions allow Ipro to expand these efforts.

As the Director of Corporate Sales, Bob Saltzstein will be responsible for leading the team’s overall Corporate Sales initiatives through strategy building and by delivering Ipro’s corporate message to its audience.  Saltzstein will work with the Regional Business Development teams and Ipro’s network of partners to ensure the sustainability of its growth, which focuses on real value for its customers.  The Director of Corporate Sales will engage available resources in order to increase sales and generate corporate revenue.  Saltzstein has led Ipro’s Sales department for over ten years.  He has a long history of industry experience, working with Ipro’s existing and prospective clients, growing business in various markets across the globe.  Saltzstein graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a BS in Business and from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, earning his Juris Doctor with honors.

Tammy Doss has joined the team as the Director of Business Development.  In this role, she will supervise and manage the workflow of the Business Development teams.  She will lead the Sales department to meet specific business relationship goals, measure progress, follow-up on leads, and manage the overall relationship-building process. Doss brings over twelve years of industry experience to the company.  She has held roles as Director of Project Management, Director of Client Services, and Director of Emerging Technologies, and has a great deal of experience leading both sales and project management teams. In these roles, Doss has provided support to various interest groups and helped to enhance the client experience through the establishment of best practices, protocols, procedures, and ongoing training programs.  She is an Illinois State University graduate with a BS in Business Marketing.

Scott Goddard is Ipro’s new Director of Inside Sales and Lead Generation. Goddard will manage and develop the sales assistants, inside sales, and lead-generation teams.  He will direct on-boarding, training, coaching, mentoring, and sales enablement while streamlining processes around the sales lifecycle.  Goddard brings several years of sales experience to the company.  In his most recent position as Digital Solution Consultant, he provided direct sales, support, and sales team training.  He also secured large recurring revenue contracts for various Fortune 500 companies.  In previous roles as Senior Sales Specialist and Senior Solutions Account Executive, Goddard nurtured and developed value-added relationships across software solutions business units.  He was the #1 salesperson three years in row.  Goddard graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Business Marketing.

Early case assessment product Allegro, web-based review tool Eclipse, and high-speed processing tool eCapture all received significant performance and feature upgrades, allowing users to achieve an even better end-to-end e-discovery workflow.

Major enhancements to Allegro include the ability to use Enterprise workers to perform OCR; improved export performance; the addition of an export series allowing multiple jobs to be queued for an export; the ability to define up to three levels of sorting criteria for exports; the ability to configure and manage time zone settings; the addition of new metadata fields for search and export; and utilizing Mount Image Pro™ as the default forensic image mounting tool.

Major updates to Eclipse include the addition of Technology Assisted Review (TAR) functionality; migration of batch management into the Eclipse web interface; expanded batch management security; the addition of the new Ipro Intelligence search (finds documents needed to train Eclipse Analytics categorization) and random sampling searches; the ability to categorize documents in the Eclipse web interface; keyboard shortcuts for basic review functions; and the ability to monitor imports from Allegro or eCapture in the Eclipse Schedule Manager.

Allegro and Eclipse both received integration and speed improvements, increasing the end-to-end functionality of the platform.

Major enhancements to eCapture, Ipro’s fully-automated electronic processing solution, include significantly improved speed and distribution of Lotus Notes tasks, the ability to specify job-level system directories at the project level; the addition of OCR output being performed only once for each discovered document, Enterprise OCR support for Ipro Allegro, and the addition of a new metadata field “DocCategory.”
