Ipro to Unveil Revamped Enterprise Products at LegalTech New York 2013

Booth 302 to showcase Allegro, Eclipse, and eCapture 2013

Phoenix, AZ (January 25, 2012):  Ipro Tech, Inc., a worldwide provider of electronic discovery technologies, today announced plans to introduce the latest evolution of the Ipro Enterprise digital discovery platform to LegalTech New York attendees on January 29-31, 2013.  The pioneering company will be showing a sneak preview of the yet-to-be-released 2013 versions of Allegro, eCapture, and Eclipse at the influential show.

Ipro Enterprise is an integrated software solution containing tools for early data assessment, web-based review, e-discovery processing and high-speed production. Designed to streamline the discovery process, it combines advanced features with a simple, intuitive functionality to achieve an easy, straightforward eDiscovery workflow.  In addition to enhancements and features added to the individual products, the 2013 Enterprise suite will feature a “Windows 8” look and feel, a consistent, user-friendly interface across all three applications, and a tighter integration among the products.

The 2013 release of web-based review platform Eclipse will receive the bulk of enhancements, notable among them a change to the SQL database schema for improved performance, the addition of a “Production Shield” to prevent the production of privileged material and avoid claw backs, distributed worker processing, and additional reports for case billing size and user review metrics. Forensic image handling has been added to both early case assessment tool Allegro and processing tool eCapture. eCapture also added the ability to import/export a list of custodians and a simplified dialogue to setup jobs from discovery to processing.

“The 2013 releases of Ipro’s Enterprise products represent a huge leap for these applications that we are excited to share with the industry experts who will most appreciate the power and capabilities of this integrated platform,” Said Kim Taylor, President and COO of Ipro Tech. “Ipro Enterprise was built upon the realization that the eDiscovery workflow is fragmented, inefficient, and wasteful. Organizations everywhere are in need of a comprehensive platform they can use to manage all litigation discovery requests simply and effectively.  We believe the Ipro Enterprise line of products will assist these organizations in simplifying their process while mitigating risk and reducing cost associated with eDiscovery.”

Ipro will be demonstrating the new product releases in booth 302 at LegalTech New York, taking place January 29-31 in New York, NY.

Ipro Announces Additional Export Options with Release of Allegro 3.4.

Enhancements include a host of additional export options to increase load file flexibility and compliance

Phoenix, AZ (December 21, 2012) – Ipro Tech, Inc., a founder of litigation support technology and a worldwide leader in the design of e-Discovery software, today announced the release of Allegro 3.4. Allegro is an early data assessment tool that allows users the quickest access to case data so they can interactively cull document collections while gaining a better understanding of key facts, individuals, and events related to a case before moving on to the costly stages of attorney review. This new release will contain many new features designed to increase load file flexibility and compliance by providing more export options, such as direct export to Relativity and extended metadata retrieval from edocs.

“The main goal of this release was to provide Allegro users with improved flexibility during export to assist with compliance and workflow needs.” Said Jim King, CEO of Ipro Tech, Inc. “With the size of data collections increasing every day, it is no longer feasible for litigants to begin attorney review without first using an early data assessment tool like Allegro to develop strategy and defensibly reduce the amount of data being sent forward. With the addition of these new export options into Allegro, users are able to better incorporate this advanced technology into their digital discovery strategy, allowing them to save time and money while maintaining complete compliance and flexibility within their workflow.”

Key features incorporated into Ipro Allegro 3.4 are:

  • Direct Export to Relativity: After culling with Allegro, users are now able to directly export to the kCura Relativity review tool if necessary.
  • Retrieval of document metadata from edocs- Users are now able to retrieve and search most commonly requested metadata fields from non-email files to improve compliance with government agencies.
  • Ability to create export group fields- Users are now able to create a single field from multiple fields, such as combining emails’ “Sent Date” and eDocs’ “Modified Date” into one consistently named field for export.  Users are also able to create a multi-value field by appending one field value to another prior to export for increased load file flexibility.
  • Ability to rename metadata fields at export time- Users are able to rename metadata field labels before export to best fit the needs of the client or review technology being used.
  • Creation of RTF natives for Lotus Notes emails in Analyzer and at export time – Users now have an improved native representation of the Lotus Notes email format.
  • Ability to set the de-duplication level for reports- Users can now apply de-duplication within report results at a case, custodian, or collection level to increase report accuracy with regards to de-duplication information.

IPRO Adds Visual Culling in Allegro 3.2

New Release of Early Data Assessment Tool Now Presents Data in Intuitive, Graphically Rich Graphs, Charts, and Timelines

Phoenix, AZ (August 16, 2012) – IPRO Tech, Inc., a founder of litigation support technology and a worldwide leader in the design of e-Discovery software, today announced the release of IPRO Allegro 3.2. Part of the IPRO Enterprise litigation content management platform, IPRO Allegro is an early data assessment tool that allows users to gain a better understanding of key facts, individuals, and events related to a case while defensibly reducing the size of data collections before moving on to the costly stages of attorney review. This new release will most notably feature a completely redesigned user interface incorporating new “Visual Culling” functionality by use of dynamic graphs and charts.

“The new interface in Allegro 3.2 presents case data the way people think,” Said Rich Ruyle, CTO of IPRO Tech, Inc. “By using intuitive charts, graphs, and timelines users are able to quickly identify and prioritize all potential document custodians, time periods, and keywords, understand the size and scope of that data, and effectively cull the collection down to only what is relevant. This not only grants significant strategic advantage, but substantial cost savings by largely reducing the number of documents sent to the expensive stages of attorney review.”

A complete list of features incorporated into IPRO Allegro 3.2 are:

  • Full user interface overhaul that allows users to dynamically drill down into charts and graphs to visually cull their data
  • New document timeline control allowing users to drill down into months, weeks, or days by clicking on a graphic timeline of data concentration
  • Advanced metadata search functionality that not only allows users to target searching to metadata fields but it also presents an intuitive view structure to help them better understand how each rule will interact with the others
  • Updated keyword hit reports that now include a summary count of all documents returned with a percentage for those that had key word hits
  • MBOX and DBX Support

ILTA attendees can see IPRO Allegro 3.2 in IPRO Booth 900 at the ILTA Annual Conference taking place August 26-30 in National Harbor, Maryland. These new features will be also be demonstrated in detail during the session “IPRO Enterprise – Visual Data Assessment in Allegro” being presented in the Fort Washington Boardroom on Tuesday, August 28, from 9:00-10:00 AM. Space for this exclusive “Demo Room” session is limited so attendees are encouraged to RSVP at www.iprotech.com/ipro-at-ilta.
